Had a five an half hour flight from Charlotte North Carolina to Sanfransico CA. So grateful for the language of coaching as I met and had conversation with seat mate. Active listening, presence in silence, powerful questions. A long plane ride with a stranger full of info and life stories. No more temptation to have quick, agree with/not agree with, my story/experience, or my own opinion in response. That MO was absent. Instead, two strangers living on opposites coasts of the country, discovering a common story. TBTG
